This item was open in the shipping box and missing the door strap as if someone had taken it out while packaging it. It was easier to just go to the sporting good store and get a door strap that send it back. Just annoying…..

The tube was definitely not medium resistance. It was more like extra light, beginner level. I got this to use in conjunction with P90X and was definitely bummed about it..as well as P90X which I thought was absurd.
