Recieved it on time and it works, much better than the other company I used where the product failed after a few weeks and I could not get them to respond to a request for warranty or refund.

I made the mistake of purchasing a Toshiba Satellite. The laptop itself is not bad but the battery life is horrid! In 18 months I have gone through 3 batteries and the one I have now, only has a life of 20 mins. Therefore I must rely solely on my charger. I am now on charger #3 since the last 2 (including this one that I purchased 2 months ago) have died on me. This one actually melted.

This charger goes to just about anything with an ac adapter. When I opened it up I was not expecting to see so many different attachments for the charger, it can change to fit 8 different sizes. It was exactly what I was looking for for my Toshiba laptop, and for only around $20 this charger was perfect.

Have only had this for about 6 weeks and it no longer works for me either. Doesn’t make a good connection anymore where the cord plugs into the box. I kept my original Toshiba adapter when it conked out on me, so now I’m using the original wall outlet portion and plugging it into the new box portion. That’s working for me now, but I’m concerned about what I’ll do when that temporary fix fails. Love my laptop, but along with reviewers on Toshiba’s site, I will definitely be considering these power cord issues when I need a new one. I’ve had my laptop for just under two years and will soon be looking for my third power cord.

The chord connecting the outlet to the adapter stopped making contact with the adapter (or something to this effect). It took three weeks for this charger to conk out. I’m now onto buying my fourth charger for this laptop, but I don’t know what to get because it seems that there doesn’t exist a single product on the market with a reasonable life span.
