These sandals do not do anything they purport to do. Not only do they not help you exercise as you walk, but they also stretch out after a few times of wearing-making them uncomfortable to walk in- a waste of money.

They are really comfortable and relaxing even after a whole day standing in them! I love them! I already have three pairs of fitflops, one of them is the “Gogh II Clog” version. All of them are great, I can only recommend them to everyone!
