The book was in good condition but after receiving it I realized it was the workbook and not the actual textbook. I then had to return it.

I was not happy, with this purchase, because when I was ordering the textbook, it was not clearly stated that there was a workbook, and a textbook ! The photo provided, was so small, I could not see the difference.THE COVERS ARE VERY IDENTICAL.
The only one litte difference on the cover of he workbook and the textbook is one little blue line right at the top about 1/2 an inch which says workbook.ON A SMALL PHOTO IT IS NOT VERY CLEAR ! So I did not have a lot of money as an student, and wasted $16.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW THE ISBN # FOR THE TEXTBOOK IS 978-0-323-04994-8
The reason why I did not bother with an refund, is a previous order said, they are a hassle to get your money back !!

I received item damaged due to wrapping was so thin it offered no protection! Sad, just have to lower my expectations all the time with the use of this transaction method.
