Great pictures, story about friends, and children loved looking for mouse on each page of the story.
It related to them, because they too were making valentines for their friends.

I love the book, “If you Give a Mouse A Cookie” – this is nothing like that! It’s really simple, not a lot of words, but has a joke the kids don’t get. Mouse says is going to make a valentine card for his friend Fox, ‘even though she isn’t one.’ Get it? Preschoolers don’t!!
